Heather Dickerson

Heather Dickerson started her management career in 2007 and has held various job titles while advancing with SVN |Southgate Realty, LLC. She has held a managers position for over 9 years and has overseen over 400 furnished apartment homes in her time in property management.One of the most rewarding programs that she has been involved in was becoming Regional Housing Coordinator of TCS Lodging, which focused on mobilized military, for four years. Dickerson was grateful to be able to use her knowledge and expertise to house our nation’s finest. Through her experience with the TCS Lodging, she was sought after to manage and help start up SVN| Southgate’s current corporate housing branch – Southgate Executive Lodging – which focuses on a broad spectrum of furnished corporate housing options. Her consistent people and communications skills, along with her strong decision-making tactics and talent, have lead her to Assistant Director of Multifamily Properties in 2014. Dickerson, an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM), continues to oversee and ensure smooth sailing of owners and staff to make sure everyone that is involved in SVN | Southgate Realty, LLC receives a great experience.
