Supplier Partner
A supplier or company that provides a service or goods to the apartment industry.
Membership Cost: $425 annually

Apartment Community/IRO
An apartment community is defined as a multifamily property with total units greater than 49.
An independent rental owner is defined as a single investor who owns various multifamily properties comprising of 49 units or less at each property within the MAA territory.
Membership Cost: $240 Base Fee + $1.65 per unit

Management Company
PLEASE NOTE IF YOU ARE A PROPERTY/APARTMENT COMMUNITY PLEASE DO NOT JOIN AS A MANAGEMENT MEMBER. (Y0U JOIN AS A APARTMENT COMMUNITY MEMBER)
To join at this level, a management company must have at least one apartment community joined and all apartment communities within the MAA territory.
Membership Cost: $390 annually
