Professional Bio
Michael began work with the Mississippi Attorney General's office as a Medicaid Fraud prosecutor in 2005 after being admitted to the Mississippi Bar. He also began investing in real estate and renovating residential real estate during that time. After a few years, he decided entrepreneurship was more fulfilling than practicing as an attorney so he decided to pursue a career as an insurance agent and opened an agency in Meridian, Ms. For over a decade he operated a successful agency in Meridian and began also working as an insurance adjuster during storm season. Ultimately, he found this faster pace more challenging and rewarding and closed his agency to pursue adjusting and real estate on a full time basis attaining his Broker's license.
As he got deeper into both fields he wanted to have a more hands on grip on renovating properties so he first became certified in water, fire, and mold restoration. He also decided to get his contractor's license and sat for and passed the Residential Builder's exam. Over the past year and a half Michael has rebranded his construction company with a focus on water, fire and mold damage remediation and reconstruction. In his second full year he is approaching an important milestone of generating seven figures in construction revenue all while maintaining a 5-star customer satisfaction rating!
Michael is a hard worker and has worked his entire adult life serving his community and the needs of his neighbors. He is the father of two sons and has been married to his wife Casey for 16 years residing in Madison, Ms.
