2026 Dues Increase Notice
Please note that beginning in 2026, the per-unit rate for the Apartment Community/IRO membership dues will increase to $1.65 per unit. This adjustment is in response to an increase in our dues to the National Apartment Association.
We appreciate your continued support and understanding as we work to maintain valuable programs and advocacy efforts for our industry.
This training is four hours from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM, and lunch will be provided for registered attendees.
Please note: this session requires at least 10 participants. If a session does not meet this minimum, we will have to cancel the course.
There is no cost for members to attend; however, a $25 no-show fee will be invoiced for any registered attendee who does not cancel at least three days before the event.
