2027 membership dues invoices will be sent out in mid-December and are due by January 31, 2027.
Apartment Community Dues: $240 Base Fee + $1.90 per unit
Management Company & Supplier Dues: There will be no increase in dues for Management Companies or Suppliers for 2027. Dues will remain at the current rates.
