MAA Leadership Lyceum
The MAA Leadership Lyceum program is designed for individuals who are newly joining the MAA Board and have not previously completed the program, as well as for those interested in serving on the board in the future.
Offered every other year, the program selects up to 15 participants to take part in this leadership development experience, helping emerging volunteer leaders in the rental housing industry become inspired, empowered, and informed.
The program equips active MAA volunteer leaders with the skills, confidence, and opportunities to network and share experiences at the state, local, and national levels.
Eligibility Requirements:

Must be an active MAA member

Employed a minimum of one year in the rental housing industry

Minimum of one year of involvement in a volunteer role within an association or non-profit organization (industry or non-industry related), or active volunteer involvement with MAA
