I am deeply passionate about the multifamily industry, having started my career in a traditional conventional setting with Heritage Properties, where I worked for 3 years. I then found my stride in the dynamic world of student housing with Capstone Collegiate Communities. Over 13 years with Capstone, I contributed to the company’s evolution into Capstone Communities, focusing on Class A conventional lease-ups and multifamily Build-for-Rent (BFR) projects.

I served as a Senior Regional Manager with Westminster Management, supporting properties in Central Mississippi, Birmingham, and Montgomery, Alabama. My journey has been marked by embracing challenges, finding innovative solutions, and making a meaningful impact on the lives of community residents.

I am currently serving as Director or Residential Operations & Business Development with State Street Group. In this role I am working to strengthen our residential operations and support the continued growth of our third-party residential property management platform, working closely with owners and partners to drive performance and consistency.
